Full scholarships (including tuition fee and living allowance) are available for international students to do PhD at Deakin University, Australia. Excellent students in electrical and electronic engineering, telecommunication, physics, math and computer science are encouraged to apply. The minimum requirements for these scholarships are as follows:
1. Applicants should normally have successfully completed a Bachelor degree with honours of at least upper second class standard, or a Masters degree by research, from a recognised tertiary institution.
2. An overall band score of 6.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test (Academic module) conducted by the British Council/IDP Education Australia office, provided that no individual band score is less than 6.
