VIPS Lab論文發表規定

本室鼓勵研究生在攻讀博士或碩士學位期間潛心科學研究，并在國內外主流期刊或會議上公開發表學術論文。為了營造嚴謹的學風，在論文投稿前，須經導師審閱，并由導師作為通信作者（Corresponding Author）進行投稿。未經審閱和批準而貿然投出的論文，文責自負，不得將導師列為共同作者，不能計入畢業要求的論文之內，版面費自理。

博士生至少發表研究生院要求的核心期刊論文3篇（或按下列方法等效為3篇）與論文相關的文章，其中至少2篇被SCI檢索（其中必須有一篇主流的國際期刊），我室要求每位博士研究生必須有一篇國際Top期刊論文或《中國科學》、《科學通報》、《自然科學進展》、《電子學報》、《計算機學報》、《軟件學報》、《通信學報》和《自動化學報》級別期刊的論文，同時要求提交國家發明專利至少1項。每位博士生在讀期間，本室只承擔兩篇國內核心期刊論文的版面費（對貢獻突出者可適當放寬此要求），資助兩篇本領域重要國際會議論文注冊費（比如：ICML, NeurIPS, ICCV, CVPR, SIGIR, SIGKDD, ACM MM, AAAI, IJCAI, ECCV等）和參加一次國際會議（國內召開，對貢獻突出者可資助到國外參加國際會議）的差旅費，國際刊物論文則無此限制。博士生在向導師提出畢業申請時，應在二區以上國際刊物（SCI）上發表一篇論文（至少應有2篇投稿，而且只計數作者排名前兩名的論文），如果達不到此要求，請不要貿然提出畢業申請。畢業前，必須提交一項可演示的研究成果，并集成到實驗室的演示平臺上。

博士研究生在錄用一篇本領域主流國際期刊論文后，可提出申請CSC獎學金赴海外聯合培養一年的申請，導師將協助推薦海外合作導師。

對于碩士生，不鼓勵向刊物提交學術論文，提倡撰寫技術報告、軟件著作權或發明專利，重點放在軟硬件系統的開發設計上面，倡導從事不可替代性和有顯示度的系統研制。

論文的資助項目：

論文資助的項目可以以兩種形式出現：（1）在論文首頁的腳注；（2）在論文結論和參考文獻之間的致謝中。請在投稿前要確認期刊和會議接受的標注形式。

每篇文章的版面費主要來自上述項目的資助。每篇文章至少選擇其中三個項目進行標注，每個項目資助33.3%的版面費。在正式發表的論文中，標注了上述一個指定的項目及編號就可得到相應比例的版面費資助。待編輯部返回版面費發票后，由課題組予以報銷。否則版面費自理。

高新波簡歷（為論文后的作者簡介，照片1，照片2，照片3）

高新波，男，博士，國家級人才入選者。1972年生于山東萊蕪，分別于1994年、1997年和1999年在西安電子科技大學獲得學士、碩士和博士學位。現任西安電子科技大學大數據安全教育部工程研究中心主任、重慶郵電大學圖像認知重慶市重點實驗室首席專家，科技部重點領域創新團隊負責人、教育部創新團隊負責人，IET Fellow、CIE會士、CCF會士、CAAI會士、IEEE高級會員、中國圖象圖形學學會常務理事、中國電子學會理事。目前主要從事機器學習、圖像處理、計算機視覺、模式識別和多媒體內容分析等領域的研究和教學工作。

Short Biography

Xinbo Gao (M'02-SM'07) received the B.Eng., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering, signal and information processing from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 1994, 1997, and 1999, respectively. From 1997 to 1998, he was a research fellow at the Department of Computer Science, Shizuoka University, Shizuoka, Japan. From 2000 to 2001, he was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Department of Information Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Since 2001, he has been at the School of Electronic Engineering, Xidian University. He is a Cheung Kong Professor of Ministry of Education of P. R. China, a Professor of Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System of Xidian University. Since 2020, he was also a Professor of Computer Science and Technology of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His current research interests include Image processing, computer vision, multimedia analysis, machine learning and pattern recognition. He has published seven books and around 300 technical articles in refereed journals and proceedings. Prof. Gao is on the Editorial Boards of several journals, including Signal Processing (Elsevier) and Neurocomputing (Elsevier). He served as the General Chair/Co-Chair, Program Committee Chair/Co-Chair, or PC Member for around 30 major international conferences. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, a Fellow of CIE, a Fellow of CCF, and a Fellow of CAAI.
